April to July Laziness

OK so I got lazy and had to do some back tracking here. In March we did the Cosmic Run 5k, so I used those pictures and bracelet for April's health theme. Then May was for work. Might look gross, but that mass was AWESOME! It came out of a rat. Love my freaking job. Anyway, June and July I did creativity and friends. Everything is still a work in progress. It doesn't look all that exciting, but they're full of stuff I love.

March : Kindness

March was focused on kindness. I saved notes from coworkers, things from events. Not much here, but I like it.

February, Self Esteem

This is kinda embarrassing. For my self esteem month, I listed things I like about myself. Since I have a hard time with liking myself in general, this was difficult.
The other page is just stress related stuff. It will have more eventually.

Favorite Women and Travel Dreams

I'll probably add more to this first page. It looks a little sparse. Anyway, these are women that have inspired me. The next page has pictures and things from National Geographic magazines. I'd love to travel the world. That is one of my biggest dreams.

Home

January I focused on home. I smashed things about cleanliness, decorating, and making home a peaceful place. I got a lot from magazines.

Journal and Guilty Pleasures

Part of the Happiness Project was to keep a one sentence daily journal. I tried to keep it positive, since I tend to focus on the doom and gloom of everything. The bicycle pocket has cute notes and drawings from my hubby!

Then I did a page for embarrassing things and guilty pleasures. Silly little things I like are taped and stapled in. I've always tried not to be embarrassed by my opinions and things, but lately I can't stop worrying what other people think. So I laid it all out, no shame!

Happiness Project

For this book I wanted to focus on certain areas of my life for a year, with the goal of finding more happiness. These are the first few pages, basically planning what will be in the rest of the book. There's inspirational sayings, funny faces from family, etc.

The idea for this was inspired by a blog post about a church activity here.
